A more strenuous walk but certainly worth the effort because of the views and changing landscapes. Certainly from Woodhall Road there are spectacular views over the Aire Valley whilst the section along Fagley beck takes you through extensive birch/oak woodland comprising Ravenscliffe, Round and Bill Woods, all of which are ancient semi-natural woodland. In other words these woods have been continually wooded since at least the 1600s. Please note there are no toilets on the actual route.
