Undertake appropriate ecological surveys; draw up prescriptions and annual action plans for practical management to conserve and enhance the current mosaic of habitats.


Helps conserve the range of habitats/ecology, and identify the best means of managing and monitoring key sites;  reduction in risk of degradation/destruction of habitats through inappropriate management; helps to dictate location of other planned facilities on sites  without causing damage and risk of prosecution; enhances LCC reputation as a responsible land manager.
